You will need:
Method:
  1. Add grains, water, salt to medium saucepan, stir.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, simmer for 45 minutes. Add water if needed.
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, serve.
  5. Store remaining servings in refrigerator or freezer.
  6. Heat individual servings before eating.
