You will need:
- 1 cup (193 g) Nurse & Nourish® Whole Grains
- 2 1/4 cups (532 mL) filtered water
- 1/4 tsp (1.2 g) sea salt
- Add grains, water, salt to medium saucepan, stir.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, simmer for 45 minutes. Add water if needed.
- Remove from heat
- Allow to stand for 10 minutes, serve.
- Store remaining servings in refrigerator or freezer.
- Heat individual servings before eating.
