You will need:
- 1/2 cup (60 g) Mighty Muscles® Beans
- 3 cups (710 mL) filtered water (reduce water-to-bean ratio as baby grows)
- tiny pinch sea salt for baby 12 months+
- Add beans and water to medium saucepan, stir.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, simmer for 1 hour or until beans are tender. If using salt, add in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Add water, if needed.
- Puree. Adjust consistency to meet your baby’s needs.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Fill storage cubes with portions and store in refrigerator or freezer. Heat individual servings before feeding.
