Mighty Muscles® Organic, Naturally Sweet Beans Recipe

  • makes approximately (4) 2 oz (59 mL) portions

You will need:
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) Mighty Muscles® Beans
  • 3 cups (710 mL) filtered water (reduce water-to-bean ratio as baby grows)
  • tiny pinch sea salt for baby 12 months+
  1. Add beans and water to medium saucepan, stir.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, simmer for 1 hour or until beans are tender. If using salt, add in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Add water, if needed.
  3. Puree. Adjust consistency to meet your baby’s needs.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Fill storage cubes with portions and store in refrigerator or freezer. Heat individual servings before feeding.
